All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Malaysia)
Standard Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days and is free on orders over $100. Express Shipping takes approximately 2–3 business days, with rates calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Order Tracking

While Ashnez Ventures is not responsible for issues that occur during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
